Register and Handle Chat Requests Effectively

Once you complete this form, it will automatically load your data into our mentor directory for seekers to view. You never need to log into AirTable to view requests— they’ll come to your email.
Since our mentor directory contains over 125 mentors— which is far more than the number of seekers registered-- you may not get a chat request right away. And that’s okay— your experience will be available to seekers. It means a lot to them to see so many Immanuelites who are saying they are available to help!
If you hear from a seeker, please try to respond to their emails in a timely manner. Seekers have been asked to respect your meeting time preferences, and to use your time efficiently and productively.
If there is an extended period that you are unavailable for conversations because you’re busy or traveling, please let us know and we’ll mark your profile accordingly. Don’t let your busy schedule prevent you from registering— we’re here to accommodate you.
Always Meet in Public Places
Only Pathways seekers 18 and over are eligible for one-on-one chats. Nevertheless, if mentors and seekers meet in person rather than by video, meetings should always be in public places, at church where others are around, in a coffee shop or restaurant, or outside where there are others — for the safety and comfort of both parties!
